CONSTRUCTION COMMENTS

Actually, I intend on improving this one a bit. I plan on boning the bodice and I have a new idea for the circle trim so I can remove it easily to wash the dress. The trim I had originally made frayed alot as well. I also have a better idea for the shoulder caps and the back bow.

SPECIAL NOTES

Although Otakon 1997 was my first con, I figured there would be a dozen Sailor Moons, so I decided on this one instead. I figured that this particular dress would be a little more difficult to make, so the chance that there would be another would be small. Turned out there were no Sailor Moons! Go figure. u_u
